I have worked with Irish, US and Japanese companies - large, medium and small. These have been public, private and family-owned, operating in manufacturing, distribution and service.
I have helped many businesses put systems and procedures in place, trained staff, identified and put in place Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and put key IT tools in place to give them the key insights they need for their business.
